 EXTENSION & RENOVATION WORKS:  The clients have worked hard over the last 30 years, being very patient, buying and selling smaller properties, saving money and working their way up the property ladder. They looked without any luck to find a property that ticked all the boxes and didn’t need a renovation. Without any no luck they tuned to creating their own perfect space and bought Maribyrnong Rd in 2017. The design brief that they worked towards with the draft’s person was to;

• combine the old with the new seamlessly
• beautiful quality fittings that complemented the lush bedroom spaces
• create a decent sized area to entertain internally and externally, with the people they loved
• install a double sided open fire that backed onto the dining and lounge room 
• a pizza oven and outdoor kitchen
• garage for off street parking
• pool
